How to Measure Your Foot
- 1Place a blank sheet of paper on a hard floor and stand on it with your heel touching a wall.
- 2Mark the longest point of your foot (usually the big toe) with a pencil.
- 3Measure the distance from the wall to the pencil mark in centimetres.
- 4Match your measurement to the "cm" column in the chart below to find your size.
- 5Measure both feet and use the larger measurement — feet are often slightly different sizes.
