Every Leo shoe is engineered with purpose-built technologies designed and tested for India's diverse terrain. Here's what's inside every pair.
Stay dry for 6+ hours
Our proprietary waterproof membrane is bonded to the upper material using a heat-sealing process that creates an impermeable barrier against water. Unlike surface treatments that wear off, HydroGuard™ is built into the shoe structure itself — giving you reliable protection through monsoons, river crossings, and wet terrain.
Grip that doesn't quit
The GripTec™ outsole features a deep lug pattern inspired by mountain tyre design. The rubber compound is specifically formulated for Indian terrain — providing maximum traction on wet rocks, loose gravel, muddy trails, and slippery city streets. The self-cleaning lug design prevents mud from packing into the grooves.
30% lighter than comparable boots
Weight is the enemy of endurance. LiteFrame™ uses a combination of EVA midsole foam and a lightweight TPU frame to deliver cushioning and support without the bulk. The result is a shoe that feels light on the foot but never compromises on protection or durability.
Built to take punishment
The DuraShield™ upper combines abrasion-resistant synthetic leather with reinforced toe caps and heel counters. Double-stitched seams and bar-tack reinforcement at stress points mean your Leo shoes will outlast the trail. The upper is treated with a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating for additional protection.
Breathe easy on long treks
Nobody wants sweaty feet on a long trek. The AirFlow™ moisture-wicking lining draws sweat away from your foot and allows it to evaporate, keeping your feet dry and comfortable even on hot Indian summer days. The anti-microbial treatment prevents odour build-up.
All-day comfort, zero compromise
The OrthoFlex™ removable insole provides arch support and heel cushioning that adapts to your foot shape over time. The memory foam top layer distributes pressure evenly, reducing fatigue on long walks and treks. The insole is removable and washable.
Before a Leo shoe reaches you, it goes through a rigorous 4-stage testing process.
All raw materials are tested for tensile strength, abrasion resistance, and waterproofing before production begins.
Prototypes are tested by real trekkers on Indian trails — from Himachal Pradesh to the Western Ghats.
Final products undergo lab testing for slip resistance, waterproofing, and durability to meet BIS standards.
Every pair is individually inspected before packaging. Defective pairs never leave our workshop.
